        My truck didn't want to crank when I picked it up. My radio wasn't changed out. They damaged my door mirror and told me that is how it was when it was towed in really I drove my truck in and dropped the key in their hands something has to change

        Very unprofessional customers representatives, Mark, Joshua and Eric dont care about this business and keeping clients, they just care about getting paid each week regardless if Ryder gets business or not, thats a good way to get a company out of business keeping people like those.
