You will get your quote fast, thats for sure but don't ask questions. They don't like speaking to you over the phone so you are forced to go back and forth via email. I am spending thousands of dollars, so I need to feel secure in my purchase. I ultimately decided to go elsewhere. Once I settled on what I wanted they stopped replying to me.

Ron and his team are fantastic and I loved working with them to make my dream of a food truck to distribute food to children come true. Ron is an expert at building any kind of business that is on wheels. He guided me every step of the way and made our truck better than I could have ever imagined. We are so thankful we found Biz on Wheels.

I bought a trailer from them about a months ago.. It's built well EXCEPT for 1 thing, it was given to me with a leak in the roof and we cannot figure out where exactly . The water leaks into the 1st light fixture every time it rains. Initially I not know where the water was coming from the exhaust or the roof. I emailed the owner Ron Teller told him the problem, sent him pictures and he offered to send me some sealant to have someone reseal the roof or go up there and do it myself . That's the best he can do. Ok... I said fine and gave him my address.. 4 days go by. (mind you it rains frequently this time of year. So the entire light fixture and the electrical wires in there are constantly being soaked) I call and ask if it has been sent yet...The receptionist is the only one picking up the phone.. He asks Ron and comes back and says: "Nope, but Ron says that he will send it out"... "What?! I asked you to send it 4 days ago" Im upset and Im asking them when are they going to send the product for ME to fix THEIR screw up. I have to ask about 3 times.. "When are you all going to send it out? Ron does not even have the courtesy to get on the phone and relays to the receptionist that he will send it "tomorrow" Tomorrow was a Friday. Today is Thursday (6 days later past my 2nd inquiry) and I still have not received my sealant.( been raining most days here I have to go and throw out the water about every 10 hours when it rains all day or it leaks onto my cooking equipment) I call today, the receptionist is the only person picking up. I tell him I have not received the sealant what's the tracking info" He put me on hold comes back and says: "Ron says that he has not sent it yet... The RECEPTIOISNT apologies to me... not Ron.. and he offers to take time out of his day doing receptionist work right now to go to the post office and mail the sealant himself. Right now have a tracking information on my package but from the time that I have contacted Ron about the trailer till now the customer service and communication has been absolutely terrible. I understand English is not Ron's first language but some of his actions rise to the level of pure disrespect. I have scrolled through the reviews and some Google users have made comments about the poor customer service and I whole heartily agree. It also appears that Ron uses fake accounts to give himself 5 stars on here. Some of the exact same phraseology is used on different account to mark it as 5 stars and heap praise. And only someone who's English is not their 1st language would talk this way. SO the rating is truly lower than the 4.5 that its listed at currently Anyways. Do you homework before spending them 30 or 40 k. Although brand new "seems" to be sturdy but the overall attitude of these people brought the experience in its entirety down a FEW notches - Mr. McFarlane gordonmgm at yahoo . com
