TruShield Solar

The tech Casee was not able to make the initial appointment, but we were promised a gift card for our inconvenience. The appointment was rescheduled for the following evening he brought with him the promised gift card. Casee was well informed about the products offered and patiently answered our questions. He was also friendly and positive as he spoke about solar products and the benefits of going solar. He was not pushy or bossy, nor did he try to force us in any way to make a decision. There were some computer glitches and he immediately made calls to fix those issues. When he came again during daylight hours to take pictures, it was determined that a couple trees need to be removed at not extra cost to us. So far, we are pleased with the experience with this company.

Did a great job of explaining the solar system and how it worked. Was friendly but professional; answered all are many questions; including the warranties; the company offered.

Casee was awesome and very knowledgeable! This program is very cool and I kept looking for the hook or the gimmick but it is really legit and seems like a no brainer. Defiantly worth a chat with him to see what they can do for you!

We were skeptical about solar energy until we talked with Kevin at TruShield. He was very professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. He explained how the Solar energy system worked and how we could start saving immediately. It peeked our interest and here we are - ready to install. TruShield is an honest, reliable company and I appreciate their integrity. Go TruShield!
