These people are nothing more than common thieves. They will promise you all this money you will save of your electric bill blah blah blah.. Do your research everyone! Wish I did! Now stuck paying a electric bill and a bunch of panels on my roof LIES

My roof has been leaking for 2 weeks now from where they installed the carbon monoxide pipe, every time I call them they say ok we will put a note to get you someone to come out and service no dates provided, asked why not he said I dont have anyones number, I can only leave notes and theyll get to it when they can, I asked for an email address he said he doesnt really know it, asked to speak to a supervisor he said I can leave them a note to call you back, asked him last week to give me a call to confirm when the service date is never heard back. When they sold me this $60k system they were answering the phones within seconds, now they can care less about what happens to my home and my walls are starting to crack. New home built in 2016 getting destroyed from this horrible mistake of buying solar from these people!

The 5 stars are only for Joe's Top Notch Services, they offered a great service, very clean, very organized when they repaired the wall and ceiling after the solar panels installation. Exceptional service. Definitely will recommend Joe for dry wall repairs. Sad to say that the experience with Titan Solar installation and customer service has been horrible, very disappointing.
