Nice displays on the walls and friendly employees! Not sure how often this happens, but, we found the right shoe for me in the right size on the first try wow! Thank you

Was hanging out Saturday and wanted to shop at Clark Shoes in North Lake mall when I remembered there was a store next door to them that I had visited once before. Decided to check them out. Best decision that day! I've had numerous surgeries on my foot and it's been difficult finding shoes that fit properly with no pain. My daughter and I met William Dawson the store manager who was amazing! He was very attentive and was obviously listening. To be honest, there were only a couple shoppers popping in so we pretty much had Williams full attention but I'm convinced he would've been able to make a store filled with customers feel the same as I did. I tried on several pairs of shoes, some I requested and some William brought out to try to help ease my search. He was very patient, knowledgeable of the products, helpful with the fit, funny and kind. William was able to not only win me over but my skeptical daughter was also impressed with his customer service skills and his kindness. We left out purchasing a pair of shoes that come with an insert that provides great comfort and an extra set of inserts but more importantly I found a store that caters to me and I had an awesome experience. I definitely will return. If you have issues with your feet, do yourself a favor and stop in to The Walking Company in Northlake Shopping Mall in Charlotte and visit William Dawson!
