K&L Dunrite Roofing and Restoration

First, Im a person that very rarely gives ratings. But, my experience with K&L Dunrite was so horrendous, that I decided to leave a rating. I cant give 0 stars which I believe is warranted in my case. POOR WORKMANSHIP, EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE (by the owner and her staff) when asked to correct certain problems. THEIR ROOF REPAIR TURNED INTO A COSTLY INTERNAL LEAK AFTER THEIR WORK. Also, in my opinion, their warranty is inadequate because they will charge you to come back out to determine if its a workmanship issue on their part. Its like the fox guarding the hen house. If you value your property, please do your due diligence and seek a company that doesnt have a record of 1 star ratings. Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

Easily the most incompetent organization in the region. From day one they were falling flat on their face. Deception, false promises and terrible work is what you will get if you choose to hire them. We wish we knew this prior to trusting them with one ounce of responsibility. The brand new roof that they installed was obviously taken off another building and repurposed. They stretched the screws they bought for the job which resulted in not enough to properly secure the roof. The ridge cap was just flashing that they bent to barely fit. The roof has never been fully dry. The list goes on and on. Do your self a favor and do not go with these folks. Just abysmal from the top down. Ownership is self interested and their crew either has little knowledge of roofing or cuts corners by order of the higher ups or there is not oversight they are not encouraged to care about their work. Unbelievably dishonest.

Unprofessional driver in a company truck. Driving recklessly and riding up on the vehicle in front of them. Flooring their truck constantly and slamming on their brakes. If their drivers act like theyre in this much of a rush and risk others safety, then theyll likely do the same at any job. Rush, cut corners, and do the job in an unsafe manner.
