BEST ROOFING NOW recently replaced my roof following damage from a hail storm. The experience was excellent as they went well beyond what other companies offered. They worked closely with my insurance company to meet not only the insurance requirements, but also my needs as well. Additionally, they offered several options for the new roof including a better ventilation system. The entire roofing removal and replacement was done in one day which included covering the shrubs and flowers. Before leaving they removed all trash& debris including running a maginitizer over the ground for stray nails in the yard. On the inside, they checked (where leaks had occurred) for asbestos, replaced rotten wood and repainted. They removed the furniture as needed, covered the walls and floors before cutting, replacing areas in the ceiling & then painting. If I could give a 6th star, I would. James is fantastic to work with and he has your best interest at heart. We tried my insurance as there was some hail damage but they refused. I mentioned this as James literally walked me through the process in my house and provided fantastic direction and made it easy. I had several companies come out along with Best Roofing and they were right in line with costs. Best Roofing crew did an amazing job and cleaned up better than they found the place. It is an expensive cost for a new roof and I feel I got my monies worth along with my piece of mind with Best Roofing and James Turner. Also they have a great warranty along with the manufacturer warranty. Great company and fantastic service.
