Called to get a roof inspection for my buyer he wanted to charge $300, and I ask why so much.......he was being rude and started yelling and then threatening me. He made it seem as if I wanted it to be done for free, Never asked for that! I will never use or recommend this company. I said I write a review since he was so rude to me. he said he will go to my office if I do so, and who knows what he would do...To me, he is a terrible person. DONT RECOMEMEND!

Charles is amazing!!! I had a roof leaf and he took care of all issues and concerns. Very prompt and accommodated my crazy work schedule. The roof was fixed and even sent me pictures of the repair. If you are looking for that go to roofer Charles is the guy for that! His passion for his career reflects on his great attitude and care for the customers! Charles, you are my go to guy for roofing. I can not say thank you enough!!

Great service! Charles and his repair techs did a flat roof repair on one of my commercial properties after two other roof companies failed to fix the leak. They fixed it the first time out. I wish I could leave a wonderful review here but I am sad to say I never even got my quote. I finally get Charles out to my house to give me a quote. He almost didn't even show up because he wanted to come by earlier, and I had someone else scheduled so I could not see him earlier. He said, "Oh in that case I can't make it". He does show up and tells me he will send the quote over the weekend (Our meeting was on Wednesday). Weekend comes and goes and no quote. I email a week later to ask for the quote, never heard back never got anything. Charles had told me he was going on vacation in a few weeks and I think he just had so much business he didn't care about loosing a new client. I can't make sense of it. So I have nothing good to say here, would have been nice to get my quote since you came to my house? Hope it works better for others!
