I received quotes from 3 different companies and AAM was the only company that took time to actually go on my roof and presented pictures/videos of the needed repairs. They were always on time. Alex and his team did an excellent job (did repairs in April 2021). They were affordable, efficient, and removed a satellite and tacked down some peeling shingles and cleaned gutters. Did a great job.

Not only did Alex do the work to replace my sunroom roof with the proper materials for a low slope roof, he was great with the business expectations as well. He promptly communicated, provided a detailed quote, a video showing his work up on the roof, as well as a follow up invoice when the job was complete. Alex was highly professional, friendly and thorough. Took his time during “free” inspection and provided estimate that he stood by. During repair, took pictures and videos of damage and findings. Would hire again, did a great job at a very reasonable price.

We had a roof leak but had difficulty getting someone out to look at it because it was a repair not a total replacement. Alex came out promptly after I posted on Home Advisor. Identified the propblem, gave me an estimate, brought samples of material by for color selection and did the work within a few days. His crew and he were on the job early, finished by lunch and when they left the area was CLEAN. We NEVER found a single nail or piece of the old roof. we liked his work well enough to have him bid on and replace the roof on our church, again, excellent work, left the area clean and because of that he has replaced other church members roofs as well. He seems to be more concerned about doing quality work at reasonable prices than trying to retire after one job. HIGHLY reccommend.
