I'm amazed at the beauty of this community and its location is so peaceful and yet surrounded by so much in the SouthPark area. Can't wait to see the Grand Opening signs!

Such a Beautiful Facility but they DO NOT APPRECIATE there employees especially hardworking housekeepers …they refuse to give me the number and also 2 other employees the number to corporate so things could be escalated and reported…it is absolutely so much drama and lack of communication with management between Barclay and Briarcreek it’s an absolute mess and very disturbing to walk into things that are not fairly handled I really truly miss my job I hate I had to resign but nothing was fixed the residents should be put 1st at ALL times they DO NOT want several people in and out of there homes and they should really keep a consistency with employees instead of continuously loosing them. The residents deserve consistency and trust but Barclay was NOT willing to settle these matters at hand and was ok loosing 3 GREAT employees recently and refuse to follow-up to resolve anything just a goodbye and depart phone call from Judy at this point I feel like this is a very prejudice facility . There should be follow-ups with the residents and also the TRUTH need to be told why Labreisha .Vannessa .Monica left it shouldn’t have been told to residents that we left 2 times witch is FALSE information .We deserved to be respected and our voices should have been heard.Barclay management doesn’t care. It’s sad when the residents cared more then the management. I do appreciate Shaun C. because he was nothing but good to his team but he is only 1 black man who stands alone in that facility .He not appreciated either ! But time will tell 7 months in and barely have staff and no housekeepers that should speak within itself !enough is enough it’s more to just having a beautiful facility!
