What a dump. I hope you don't have loved ones here.bad food dirty laundry. Beds are straight out of prison. Therapy team is good but the floor is understaffed by people who barely speak English.

What kind of a facility where you take care of patients and nobody answers the phone to a business that says open 24 hours and why did my wife has to sit in her wheelchair for over 2 hours and no one came to help her in bed,now for breakfast all she got was eggs and grits no meat and a sweet roll she's diabetic and told them so

excellent, personalized care, meeting all the expectations and needs of my father-in-law while in their care! Couldn't be more pleased with the care and the staff and the facility!

First of all I would like to say thanks to the staff they were exceptional. When I first walked in to Wilora Lake it was clean and a friendly atmosphere. I was very nervous but they made me feel so at ease and so happy to be there. They took care of my husband every day. They made sure that he had his baths He was clean and fed. Also his therapy team was great. I just appreciate everything you all did . To the Nurses and the CNAs on hall 100 again I thank you for take care of my husband I give you 10+. He remember your names. He talk about you all the time. I would recommend Wilora Lake Healthcare Center they are the best. They are one big family.
