I would like to say that my mom has lived there for 10 yrs until her resent passing. Nikki and Vera where doing there job as far as I know my mom was pleased with her living arrangement. she didn't have any problems with anyone.

I stopped at this place on yesterday to obtain general information about the facility. Ill start by saying that a rating of 1 is far too generous. The person I spoke with (Vera) lacks BASIC communication skills and is one of the most unprofessional people Ive ever encountered. I pointedly asked her why she was wearing a screw face. I left with a brochure and a letter. While the letter provides the information I was seeking, it has several grammatical errors. Being that the letter was composed by the Senior Community Director, (Nikki) I feel that the lack of professionalism is standard and acceptable at this facility. That being said, I wouldnt leave my worst enemy at this place! If you have loved ones here, check on them regularly!

I had a disappointing experience with this senior living apartment complex. The person(s) I spoke to on the phone displayed rudeness and lacked basic customer service skills. Her responses were curt, and it was evident she had no interest in assisting me with my inquiries.
What's more, my initial call during the weekday went unanswered. When I tried again the following week, I was told they had no units available. However, a few days later, I received a call asking the purpose of my previous call (despite leaving a voicemail detailing my questions), and they suddenly had one unit available. Clearly, improved communication and professionalism among the staff are sorely needed.
I was inquiring on behalf of a family member, and based on this experience, I would not trust this place to provide quality and compassionate service to anyone. I strongly recommend considering other senior living options where better communication and professionalism are prioritized. You'll likely find a more suitable and caring living environment elsewhere.

I thought I loved this place for my mom, however I'm concerned at the lack of courtesy and concern they have for their tenants.
I'm very concerned about my mother living in this facility. After attempting to reach my mother and not hearing from her in few days, my sisters and I began to worry. I called the front office asking if they could do a wellness check and was informed by Lynette that they can not knock on my mother's door to see if she's okay and that they don't perform wellness checks, since it's not an assisted living facility. I was told that I need to contact 311.
A stranger would knock on a neighbor's door in the community, if they wondered about their safety. I don't understand how walking down the hall is so difficult. My mother is mobile and able to care or herself, however she is senior citizen. This is a senior living facility with an office Admin on staff. The lack of concern they have for people and their tenants is baffling. I bet if they didn't get their rent money, they would walk a few doors down to knock on the door.
