Elizabeth is a true professional. She assisted me from the start of a major home renovation all the way through until the house was sold. Not only was she my realtor, she also helped me with the design. Throughout the entire process she was available to me and had fresh ideas for the renovation. She knows the market and what buyers want. I have often wondered why realtors make so much commission, but not with her, she earned every penny. I couldn't be happier, I highly recommend her!

Elizabeth has been fantastic every step of the way. The process of buying our first home could have been an intimidating undertaking, but Elizabeth made both me and my partner feel supported at all times, and confident that we had the best possible person in our corner. Elizabeth was always available to answer our questions and frequently reached out to let me know the moment a home that met our specifications hit the market. Where appropriate she'd go out of her way to preview properties on her own before meeting us for a walkthrough, ensuring we never wasted our time touring a home that wouldn't meet our needs. She listened to what we were looking for and helped us decide where to keep an open mind and on what issues we should never compromise. I quickly learned to trust her impeccable judgment, as more than once I followed her advice to tour a property despite my initial skepticism, only to find that she was absolutely right -- we loved it. I was blown away by Elizabeth's knowledgeability on every possible aspect of homebuying, from comparing loan offers and factors influencing resale value to explaining the necessary upkeep of various types of siding, municipal construction guidelines, and the potential migration of flood plains. Elizabeth went above & beyond for us to find our perfect first home! She was available all hours of the day (and night) to answer our questions, and she understood exactly what we were looking for which made for an extremely efficient process (a must given we were out-of-town home buyers).
