DONT RENT/MARKET/BUY/SELL THROUGH THEM. I called this morning about a rental and was basically talked out of it over the phone. My wife and i make many times more then the rent and are mature adults that live quietly. He stressed to me that the 800 sq foot home was very very small, and that i wouldn't like it, and flat out refused to show me the house. He ended the call with a "dont call me, ill call you" line.
