Deleting negative reviews of Do Not Call violations, not a professional action. Robocalling all the homeowners in a neighborhood during work hours because as your representative said "We call all the homes near homes that are sold, call us back if you are interested" is not a professional action.

I wanted to send you a message to let you know about one of your realtors, Paula Olave, she recently represented me on the purchase of my home, I moved from Florida to Charlotte at the end of December 2023, I started the process in November with her, so, I wasnt here for most of the transaction, I wanted to let you know that shes an outstanding realtor, not only extremely professional and very pleasant, but very resourceful, she helped me at every step of the way in this process, she was always helpful and answering my questions and concerns, guiding me throughout the whole process in a new state that I knew nothing about. Im very grateful for her and her work ethic, congratulations on having realtors like her working with you.
