This business was excellent and very professional, when the owner Michael called me back after I called looking for a second estimate for my main drain that's block and back up to my basement. He came with name tag uniform and his Truck with his business name on it. He gave me a very good price to replace my outside drain pipe and install a cleanup. He started the work with his partner the same day. He's a very honest man. He called me back at the middle to the repair to inform me I do not need to replace the outside drain pipe with a 10 ft pole as I was earlier told by Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service. He said all I need is a clean up unit install outside. He clean up all my outside drain pipe to make sure I don't have any more drain problems and install the clean up unit for 80% less than the price Roto-Rooter was going to charge me to clear my drain and install a 10 ft pole, after they charging over $70.00 to come out. I will recommend Quality Drain Cleaning Services. To anyone who need a hard working an honest man to do good plumbing job for them.

Don't use this business .Very unprofessional, rude, aggressive. Uses a lot of vulgar language. Gentleman looked very unprofessional. Mind you, he is the only employee. Tried to over charge for a simple clog. Bad business manners

Comsumer Beware!!!The guy had a manual snake and didn't"t get the clog out. He left my sink pipes on pieces on the floor with the water running and flooded under my sink. He took his stuff and loaded it up . He quit in the middle of the job!!Then he charged me a $50.00 service fee. Very unprofessional!!! Consumer Beware!!!!
