Company responded very quickly to my inquiry and were out at my house the following day. The plumber was very professional, knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me a quote before proceeding. Im thankful they do not charge just to come out to do so an assessment as it helps with budgeting.

We had a pretty serious leak in our outdoor gas tankless water heater. The repairman (Kyle) took the time to explain what was wrong, and pointed out all the things wrong with the installation (heat tape in close proximity to an incorrectly mounted gas regulator), he also checked our water quality (5.0pH, we are on a well). Long story, not so short, we were very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of this company; ultimately paying for a full on water treatment system with softener, relocation of the gas regulator as well as the leak fixed.
