Pizza Hut

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! This Friday, we ordered 4 pizzas and waited 30 minutes before going to pick it up. We then waited another 40 minutes at the store with half a dozen other peoplea few who had been waiting for over an hour. A few minutes into us arriving at the store, the manager stormed out and slammed the door behind her, leaving only two employees to man the entire store. One of the employees was nicer and apologetic for the long wait times, while his coworker in the kitchen was slowly making pizzas (no gloves).

Got my order wrong. After a 45 minute wait, I got a ten topping pizza with only four toppings. Called the store. Got a call center and then transferred over. They hung up on me. Then I called again. Employee lied and said he tried calling me personally to explain that they were out of most of the toppings I ordered. The employee said they couldnt issue refunds. I left a complaint with the corporate Pizza Hut line but, at this point, Im sure no one will even read it. If they do, Ill update this review to say they contacted me. Up until a recent move to Charlotte, Pizza Huts were always rare where I lived. What Ive realized now isIf this is the service they provide, then I wasnt missing much.

The delivery is ridiculous! The online ordering process is beyond unacceptable. However, the manager Shirelle is beyond sweet.She is the only reason Im giving this store any rating at all. She knows how to treat her customers.

I ordered a couple of pizzas and some cheese sticks to be delivered, like I've done dozens of times in the past. This time they made a simple mistake and sent breadsticks instead of cheese sticks, which alone wouldn't have been a big deal. Unfortunately, when I called to ask that they correct the situation by delivering cheese sticks, I was told that I would have to drive there and get them and the manager with whom I spoke was abrasive and dismissive. If I wanted to drive there, I wouldn't have paid more to have my order delivered. And now that I know that they don't care about accuracy or customer service, they've lost my future business. Vegetarian options: I don't know about vegan cheese, but you can order anything without the meaty toppings.
