I did a online order and when I went to pick it up, I got home and found out they forgot my large pizza, so I went back up there to get it and I had to wait about 20 minutes for them to make it and I guess they was out of larges so they gave me 2 mediums that was under cooked and my order I already picked up was cold and it was just a sorry experience

Went to dine in at the Cabarrus ave location. It was completely empty and as we walked in there, sign said please wait to be seated so we stood there and there was was older man standing behind the counter looking at his phone and paid no attention at all to us. After couple of minute another employee walked back from kitchen area and looked at us but didnt notice us at all still waited for little time for either one of them to acknowledge us at say hi or something but nothing so we walked out not planning to go back again. Piss poor any kind of service. Go there at your own risk.
