We were looking for a rug and had bought one at another store years ago that went out of business. In an effort to find the previous store to buy a rug we happened to find Magic Rugs. We had no clue about the store until google lead us there. The customer service is truly what sold the rug. The team at the store all had the same goal in mind. They know their products and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Thanks for the professionalism. We will definitely be back.

My experience with the team at Magic Rugs was nothing short of amazing! They went above and beyond to help me find a rug that I love for my living room space. They brought out rugs from their store room and moved rugs to different locations in their store so that I could see my selections under different lighting conditions. in addition, they let me take my selection home to try in my space. They rolled and secured the rug with cording and brought it out to my car. I didn’t think this type of service existed anymore. I look forward to my next rug purchase with Magic Rugs.
