        We were looking to buy 2 oriental rugs for our new house in Charlotte. We went first to Charlotte Rug Gallery and were told we needed to look online. No rugs were available to actually see in the store. Also, implication was that we could not afford their rugs! We then went to Magic Rugs and had great service, spending about $7000 on two carpets. Bad job!

      Dear Susan,I am shocked with your comments.Yesterday you and your husband stop by briefly.You both were well received by me myself and answered your questions.You told me in 2 months you were going to have 2 rugs for your new house.I suggested to start with our website and if you like anything there then we start from there.I even showed you the some of quality of reproduction selection you might be interested.Have I been impolite or acted somehow that you felt disrespected?I am sure you do not own any business to understand this kind of unfair comments hurts business. We have over 1500 rugs in the showroom and rest in our warehouse how come you said there were no rugs available?In last 20 years in this business here in Charlotte this the first time some client felt like what you said.I am sorry if you did not have a good experience shopping with us.Still I believe that your review is unfair.Ps: You asked about price range and I told you with 3 to 5k you could get decent 8x10 reproduction rug.
