Fresh Nails Bar LLC

I used to love this place, but recently have been disappointed. I went today with my sister for my bday. There were two guys working and two girls there getting their nails done. We knew the girls so decided to talk with them. I asked the guy twice how long till we would be helped, and he said the other lady workers were on the way back, as they had left to go shopping at Northlake mall. 30 minutes go by and I ask again, I get the same response. He said they were on the way for an hour. Finally after almost an hour and a half they did our nails, they were rough and very rushed. They were out of acetone, paper towels, and cups. My sister had dip on her nails and the guy did not take it all the way off and he nails look awful. I would not recommend. Service: Acrylic nails

This place is under new management. Stay away. They let you come in with no reservation and the wait is over 1 hr. I sat down on pedi chair thinking there were more technicians and only 3 people working and about 5 people waiting. My technician (I think he's the owner) fills the tub then walks away. The tub overflows. He tells me I'm next and then he proceeded to take another client. Then when I asked about wait he says "you're next" again. So I wait since it's a Sunday at 3pm and most places close at 5 and I'm flying out next morning at 6am. I call around other salons and nothing available. I look for him and he's having a smoke break. I'm stunned. I call him over and he looks annoyed with me. More clients walk in and he's letting them in. It's now 4:25. I walked in at 3:09 and I'm still waiting. I'm stuck as I need the pedi because traveling to Florida. He has not apologized and keeps letting people in.  I'm so angry I tell the new people to leave unless they want to wait for an hour. 2 more people still ahead of me. All getting gel. I'm so angry I want to cry. Another technician offered to take me because the manager was so rude. And also they no longer provide beverages. This is definitely new management. I've been coming here quite frequently and it's just awful now. The only good review is for the technician who started on me at 4:26.

This use to be the best place in Charlotte. It's now awful and filthy. Avoid Service: Pedicure
