URBAN NAILS BAR ( $45 SnS Dipping Soak off Included ) $38 Gel Manicure

So I am very picky about who does my nails and feet. I have screws and plates in my ankle, so my pedicures are for the look but also to maintain any tension in the ankle. The young lady at another nail shop who normally does my feet due to her hand filing because I dont like drills has went ghost from the nail shop for the last week and I was well past due for a pedicure. I was googling and came across this nail bar. I am so pleased with the work that Hanah did on my feet, she was gentle and continued to ask me was I okay. My feet look amazing and match my nails perfectly. I will now have her complete my pedicures. She is amazing!!!!

Called ahead and was told thered be no wait. I arrived and was told to pick a color, then wasnt acknowledged for over 30 minutes after. I brought it to their attention that I had an appointment afterwards, and was told ok sure sure and I was left to wait further. I left the salon without receiving a service.

Unfortunately, not every technician is the same caliber. There are some fantastic ones while others are very slow. Pretty sure they know who those technicians are..ahem. I've had great manicures here before and then got two cuts with glue between my fingers today. I knew she was avoiding that conversation...no one has time to go back and spend another hour + on simple sns 1 color! Please protect your business and let go technicians that are not good please. I do like your salon and want to continue here. I'm thinking recent negative reviews were caused by the same issue.
