MI Electric LLC

I hired MI Electric to replace and move our electric panel, and to wire our kitchen. The work took a very long time for both Marc and Ian and was not completed. Ian told us we didnt need a permit because he was on the hook anyhow. Very little was labeled and many outlets in our house do not work. We have found out that it takes turning off multiple breakers to turn off electricity to individual outlets.The work was sloppy and incomplete. We have called and texted multiple times with Ian and initially he said he would come back and never did and now doesnt respond to any communications. We will have to hire another electrician to complete and repair the work this company did.

I had a great experience working with Marc. He answered original and subsequent follow up calls. He even returned one call when he need to gather more information. He was on time for the job and even called about 30 minutes beforehand to advise he was on the way. He completed the job faster than expected and that was even with him explaining what he doing since he saw I was interested in how things worked. He was professional and I'd will be calling him for any future work from here on out. Thanks again for your service!!
