Destroying a 41 year old kitchen and large deck can be intimidating, but when you view the amazing transformation, all the work is worthwhile. We chose to work with PKBuilders. The caliber of the people in their organization, as well as the tradesmen they use for project work was what impressed us, even when inevitable problems arose. There is nothing easy about a major construction project. But knowing that you have a group committed to making you satisfied and loving the end result - that gives you the peace needed to get through a large project. Renovation is hard work. We were so thankful to have workmen whom we trusted, in our home, and the PKB team to stand behind getting the work done.
We also learned that the customer can help by knowing beforehand what they want/need and doing some pre-project looking. Todays choices are limitless, so it can be overwhelming. The PKB team will help you through those choices. We are enjoying and proud of our new spaces!
