Century Complete - Oak Ridge Townhomes

I am completely disgusted with the practices of this company. As a realtor I will never refer a client to do business with this company. Be sure to thoroughly go over your contract as they have language there to make sure they can cancel and/or change the price anytime they choose. They are using market conditions to overprice homes. Home in rural area went up 30k in price in less than 6 months but was not appraised at that value.

Starter home, it’s good for knowing what to do on your next purchase. I’ll never purchase a Century Home again. I’ll never live in a HOA community again. I should’ve went with another company. Signed my closing with the promise that the things that were not fixed would be fixed (major/multiple nail pops, baseboards cracking (going all the way the way up the wall), debris left in my yard, vinyl torn when workers were replacing cabinets they messed up, my garage door won’t fully close, the dish washer won’t fully close when not in use). The HOA is another story. I didn’t really know what I was getting myself into with HOA. They can tell you what to do and how to do it with your home (outside and inside). When your a first time home buyer, you want your home the way you want it. I learned my lesson. I’ll hopefully sell by next year or so and be done with it. The worst experience with this company. I loved my realtor though. Services: Flooring repair, General repairs & maintenance
