ILKB has been an amazing experience. When first joining the gym, I was wondering what I signed up for but was excited due to the instructors. Since joining, I have accomplished many of my fitness goals and gained a new family. I have surpassed what I thought was possible with my body and continue to strive towards greatness with the help of this new family. ILKB is more than just kickboxing, it is where I go to relieve stress, to meet with friends all the while working out and becoming a better person. ILKB is very fitting because I love kickboxing now, thank you

I originally signed up for a promotion at ILovekickboxing thinking I would just go for the deal and try it out. The first class kicked my butt. The instructors are amazing and motivating so I ended up joining for real and I have not regretted it! The facility is great, and they play the best loud music to really pump you up during the workout too. Absolutely recommend joining if you want to get the best workout of your life and make new friends! :)
