UFC GYM Matthews

I have been with this gym for over a year now and down 50 pounds! Coach Denise and Bobby are the best! I usually only do the DUT classes and personal training sessions. The gym is always full in the evenings and is very kid friendly with the classes

They scam you out of a month's membership by making you pay for the last month upon joining, then again upon termination

I take kickboxing classes at UFC Gym in Matthews NC. I also have a personal instructor named Denise. She makes me feel comfortable and always keeps me motivated to work at my best!! I am beyond grateful that she continues to exceed my expectations and I like looking forward to our sessions. I feel so great after my workouts:) The facility is definitely top notch! The new and modern equipment and just overall entire Gym makes her a perfect match! I am looking forward to achieving all my personal goals with her by my side!!! Thanks Denise!!! I would absolutely highly recommend her and this Gym. You will get results!!!! My body is proof!!! 😃
