Do not recommend! My daughter got her ears pierced here by a black women who had an very unwelcoming attitude. Shes mostly there in the mornings/afternoon. She had her ear pierced before but they closed. I told her to go back in the same holes. She did with one and it healed fine, but she missed the other hole and caused it to not heal properly. She got her ears pierced in august and here I am in November still trying to heal the ear she messed up on. I went back to her an explain my concern this b*%#^ act like she didnt care. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

What ever happened to customer service? Hard to believe employees are actually getting paid to be there. We went to get my daughters ears pierced, the one employee in the store was in the back corner FaceTiming when we walked in. When she finally realized we needed assistance she lethargically came over to the register while still on Facetime. I inquired about the prices and what types of earring they had, she spoke in a voice I could barely hear (despite just laughing and talking loudly on FaceTime) and just pointed to the piercing counter and said the earrings were over there. This is my daughters second ear piercing so I just wanted to cheapest they had ($24.99) she told me they only had the $36.99 one.whatever so then while Im filling out the iPad form she goes BACK to her FaceTime conversation, then when SHE was finally ready she leisurely strolls back over to us. Im telling you customer service is DEAD. I wish I had gotten her name. She was a black woman in maybe her early mid-twenties. Its honestly very sad companies cant find better help these days.

I went to store the doors were close on Sunday at 4:20 pm. There was 2 employees inside and they said the store would be close for 30 minutes because both are going to have a break. It is ok to have your brake but both employees at the same time, close the store so no sales. Also the mall opens until 6pm. That's not ok.
