        If you are a black or Hispanic person, do not shop at this store. My friends and I were racially profiled and the store manager physically touched me and accused us of stealing, while I am a customer who has spent money here countless times. Its sad because I love this store but I wont be returning until the racist manager there is dealt with. I believe her name was Cassandra but she couldve given us a fake name. This was around 6 pm, 3/28 Tuesday evening.

        the much older employee on 02/19/23 had horrible customer service when it came to checking out. Ive never seen someone try and make a larger sale by shaming and being disrespectful to someone for not wanting to buy more than one item.

        It was great to my daughter was able to get some plush stuffed animals and some ear rings of course. The place was exceptionally clean and very well lit. The guy that checkout the order was friendly and helpful as well.
