Horrible, Horrible, HORRIBLE experience! Let’s begin with the basics, greeting and saying please & thank you. This establishment failed to do the most basic of costumer service. I walked in without being greeted. I would have been a “first time†customer and I was rudely asked “what’s your last name?†Assuming that I was a returning customer. I informed them that it was my first time so I was instructed to sign up on their device as a first time customer. A total was given to me to pay while the suit was taken off the hanger I brought. No specifics where given to me so asked when I would the suit be ready? They said “Friday evening†it was a Wednesday morning. I asked if there was an “express†option and they replied with “we can’t guarantee anything before Friday afternoon or wherever the van gets here. I needed the suit for Friday morning at the latest but they could not guarantee this to me. That’s a 48 turn around. So I asked to have my suit back as I would try to find a place with a faster turn around. The person harshly set the suit back on the counter, all bunched up in a ball as the person had already taken it off the hanger. I had to to take my suit from the counter and hang it back myself. I advise anyone to not waste their time by going to this establishment. I did not get my dry cleaning done, but I’m certain that if they do care for their customers, they will care much less for your nice garments. This note is for the owner. I purposely avoided being descriptive of the individual who attended me as I do not blame said person. What I experienced today was a lack of leadership from the business owner. As a business owner, it is your responsibility to train and ensure your employees know and understand the basics of customer service. Kindly, Juan U.
