        Consistently the best customer service in Charlotte regardless of who is working. I've appreciated other cleaners who had stellar employees, but tough to compare to the entire team at Jones. My clothes are always completed and available very quickly whole also done right. The location on 4th is pretty convenient for me and easy to navigate.

        New to Charlotte we were looking for a quality dry cleaning service to clean mainly mens suits and some of my pricier dresses, jackets and such. We came to the Jones location on 4th St. We were greeted with friendliness and respect. Our first experience here was great! One suit and one womens suit jacket were completed quicker than expected and look just as we had hopedsharp, clean and fresh! We are quite satisfied that we have found our new dry cleaning service.
