My husband did not have a good experience on his visit. The dentist started out being rude by asking why husband why he was there. He was even "rough" while conducting the examination of his mouth - didn't seem to care when he winced in pain while touching sensitive areas. The only time he was even remotely professional was explaining areas of his teeth/gums that needed treatment. Ended exam by getting up abruptly and walking out of the room without so much as a friendly word. He would never go back nor would he recommend Dr. Franklin.

Amazing Dr. Donald and staff. I was suffering on hypertension due to severe gingivitis. And the LANAP surgery fixed my gums and saved my teeth. And my health is back to normal. One of the best dentist in NC.

Does the bare minimum and overcharges. Would not recommend to anyone. Found much better care and help at brookdale dentistry and others.
