University Dental Associates Northlake

Very clean and friendly but it's extremely disheartening that I was not able to receive my scheduled services. I had an appointment scheduled for May 12th at Noon. I called on May 11th at 3:41pm to confirm the cost of my appointment as well as the time slot. Today, after rearranging my entire work schedule, I drive to the location to only be told there was something that took place and I wasn't going to be able to be serviced. When I scheduled the new patient exam I provided all my contact information and when asked the number they contact, it was not even a valid phone number for me. This experience is very disheartening and disappointing so now I have to find a new dentist after thinking I found a good one.

Was referred here by the Mallard location after I was told they werent doing cleanings. Theyve rescheduled my appointment three times in a row with less than a weeks notice after I already got the time off approved from work. Please dont waste your time here

I wouldn't recommend an office that treats their patients/customers like a number and not a human being. The employees here seem robotic and apathetic. I feel like this office/dentist only cares about extorting money from people rather than caring about the patient. I've been going to this office for 5 years and will be looking for another dentist.
