It starts at the top! My new neighbor who is the C.F.O. of CATO in Charlotte, actually told me that his company did not like my family and therefore he didn't like me. He didn't even want to get to know me. We are a political family. I do understand. They are democrats. We are not! If a company of any kind has prejudice, they will not perform well. When there is prejudice at the top, you can be assured that it will trickle down. Mike, you can kiss my ass!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Not exaggerating. Thanks Mandy for being horrible at your job. You need to be replaced with someone less demeaning, inconsiderate, and straight up rude. You being in charge explains alot about why my first order with Cato Corp was one of the worst retail experiences I have ever had.

The district manager over Elkhart store is unprofessional and her unbecoming behavior is unacceptable. To create a hostile environment when nothing goes there way and to make comments to try to get a rise out of their employees. It is job first over safety and the care for their employees. When confronted they get hostile and try to make their actions justified by trying to bring up another person. They are not afraid to make a scene in front of customers. If this is higher management behavior then I be disappointed in my company.
