I purchased my home gym through Prosource Fitness. I just want to let everyone know what a fun and great experience I had while during this process. Austin Love was the person I dealt with. He made my experience a pleasure. Austin was very knowledgable, patient, thorough, and professional. It's nice to be treated with such respect and courtesy. I wish more people out there loved their job as Austin does. It is very obvious by the way he operated from start to finish. Thank you Austin for making my home gym come true and for all your assistance!

Kevin was fantastic. If you need your fitness equipment repaired without a sales pitch and are looking for a company that is responsive, has integrity, arrives on time, and is seeking ways to put their customers first, this is definitely who you should call. A type of business model that we rarely see anymore in this day and age, you will be very pleased. Kevin did a wonderful job of helping us get our 13 year old elliptical back to 100% while saving us a lot of money in the process! He was responsive to our initial contact, and every aspect along the way was nothing less than stellar! Highly recommended.

I went in looking for an elliptical to help me get back into the gym routine during Covid times. I was met by the store manager Austin Love that was very helpful in identifying what machines would work for me and the size of the room I am working with. The machine was serviced before being delivered. Austin is a true delight to work with- he knows a lot about the products and you can tell he want to make sure his clients are happy customers. Upon delivering the machine both Austin and Mike (person who services the machines) arrived. They carefully disassembled the machine side to fit in my narrow doorways. Perfectly fits in my office. They were really respectful of the house and didn’t damage my floors with the dolly or lifting the machine.
