They send out text messages offering to check in and skip the waiting room, but twice i have gone to separate offices in the Atrium network and been told we must ALSO check in at the front desk. People that had later appointments than mine and arrived after me were seen before me. Just don't offer check in via text message. Its pointless and wastes our time.

Atriums turn, burn, and bill practice is sickening. Worst customer service and 9 times out of ten services, youll get a collection call before receiving a bill. We stopped using them as primary care due to the fact the doctor has 10 to 15 minutes with a patient max to diagnose and get to the next room.
The ER is even worse, like waiting in a Walmart checkout line.
All they care about is getting you in and sending a bill. Worst health care company Ive unfortunately had to go to. My whole family is changing to Novant I suggest you do your research and consider options.

They are terrible dont do full body examinations, they dont admitted nobody !!!!!!! Terrible hospital

I wouldnt take my dog to this hospital if he was constipated. HIPpA violation revealed my diagnosis to an individual.
