Kelly is super sweet, hardworking, competent and professionally customer service oriented. I love having her assist me at Blakeney Village Banana Republic.

        The clothes are all over priced cheap made same quality as gap and old navy just throw a higher price and make the store look a little nicer and they'll charge you whatever the customer service is awful when it comes to doing anything from putting stuff on hold to simple returns the manger Michelle and Amy are CLUELESS total NPCs with no emotion and care for customers would be better off using robots and then on top of that they'll still ask you to purchase their crappy credit card for every purchase because that what they are trained to do... simply care about their profits and their numbers not the customers or quality of business

        Sales staff could be way more helpful and polite. Had handfuls of clothes to purchase, but had two kids (quiet kids) with me - I was avoided like the plague BOTH times I went in
