        2/28/24 Purchased pants ($37.16) When I went to wear them on 4/7/24, I noticed they were defective in the pocket. Took them back to the store for an exchange. But, due to their 30-day return/exchange policy. I am forced to keep a pair of pants I can not even wear due to the fault of the company. Poor company practices. Store management lacks the ability to make rational or logical decisions to best represent the company for customer satisfaction.

        I was very disappointed and had been ready to drop some money. A friend gets her clothes from there and she said they have plus sizes and so does the website. I get there and I'm not even greeted. I'm not one to notice race, but I am white and was the only one not greeted, not helped and not told to have a nice day or come back. After spending about 30 minutes looking through the store, I only found 2 items of clothing in my size. Maybe it was just this store, but I know I won't be going here again. I may try Columbia and if I have the same experience, then I am done with Ashley Stewart.
