        I had an easy and positive experience here. Also wanted to shout out the guy working today. I think his name was Kent? You can tell it was one of those days where everything was going wrong and all of it was out of his control. Despite that, he handled everything really well. Its refreshing and nice to see someone in a customer-facing role go above and beyond to try and resolve a situation caused at the corporate level. After the last few years, that seems to be lacking across industries so just wanted to shout him out.
