Since when it is a practice of any debt collection agency to warn end the call by saying ‘you wanna ruin your credit and life?, that’s not my problem’. I’ve never been so disrespected by anyone in customer service

Prince Parker is very rude and needs to learn how to talk to people. I've almost lost my life due to covid, I'm a truck driver that's not working. I have to get released from my doctor after therapy is finished and then take an Dot physical hoping o can drive again. Do you prince actually think I need him talking crazy to me right now? No!! For him to say well it's your business not mine or making a statement saying I'm refusing to make a payment. No I'm not resisting to make one I just don't have the funds I have 5 kids and a wife struggling to make ends meet right now. When I'm trying to explain myself listen don't catch no attitude. I pay that no one experience what I've been through these past couple months. Nobody!
