        I don't recommend because once I started a service where I could hear the calls being recorded, I found out a lot of calls were hanging up because of excessive hold times.

        Do a over all good job with the answering phone part, staff is usually very friendly and polite my 3 star rating is because at $2.50 to 3 dollars a call that they charge that they would at least get the spelling of street names and phone # correct average a error every 1 out of 3.5 messages.
