        Theres no way someone should need to wait TWO HOURS for a bank check. Worst customer service. Inexperienced tellers. Always understaffed. No sense of urgency to help people. Worst branch ever. I wont be banking with wf anymore, they dont give you access to your own money. As I waited in line everyone heard the manager tell this old man who only speaks Spanish that he cant access his money after literally depositing checks in front of her because she cant see it. They wont give the man his checks back and wont give him his money. What a joke!!!

        Went to the branch through the drive thru.. the teller wasnt friendly and made me wait for over 5mins, only to tell me to come inside (no problem) the teller at the counter was friendly and professional.. after my counter transaction was completed, I informed her that I would like to speak with a banker to open another account. I was instructed to have a seat and banker would assist me further.. I sat for almost 20 mins. There were available bankers sitting in there offices on their computers while I was ignored. No one came to greet me or to apologize for the wait. Absolutely horrible customer service! Definitely made me feel as though my service didnt matter. I do not recommend this branch.

        Fleta banker is the sorest a week ago went open a business account. She brushed me off the first time I came back a week later, sat down and started talking to open the business account. Extremely agitated impatient very rude banker I can see why they have 2.8 rating in this location

        The lady at the front was extremely rude, she asked me to leave because I did not have an appointment, even when the branch manager told me before I could come early and they will help me. I came to the bank 1 hour before they opened to be sure I was the first on line. They still refused even there is no customer because some of the appointments did not show up
