i got the policy with the agent assuring me i had liability and collision. Now that an unfortunate set of circumstances has happened my son and i was in a horrible accident which i am dealing with the adjuster and my car is not drivable. She is telling me she see no collision on my policy that is a problem. So not only my son and I got in to a traumatic accident we are out of a car and dealing with the mess of the agent not doing his job properly.

2 stars because the lady in office was nice. The customer service people cancelled my insurance policy 8 days early while I was switching to Progressive. Tried to contact them and they refused to answer or call back. I have had nothing but issues with all of the interactions I had to do with Direct Auto. I had to pay a $55 fine from the DMV since the call center lady Iaisha didn't know how to properly do her job nor take responsibility for her mistakes. The people in office are nice but god will the call center people and agents screw you over!!

Kelsey was amazing and very informative. She didnt miss out on telling me all the different discounts I was eligible for. Super friendly. I would highly recommend her to everyone I know.
