The Hartford

The short term dissability claim was very good , the process to extending the claim is been a nightmare, no one can help transfer to number that one answer and no call back. I am supposed to give information and no one to contact, I don't know what else to do. Have send multiple emails and make multiple phone calls but no response from them

My first short term case was handled very uncaring my second case was handled with concern and much information and kept me involved in the process and my long term has been handled ok but at this point ur your own worker for getting all ur paper work together and ur job status in take

8/23/2022 Worst insurance company EVER. Im 40-something years old and Ive had my fair share of insurance companies. But of all of them, I have NEVER seen such a miserable excuse for an insurance company until I came across the Hartford. Ive had Geico, Progressive, USAA (Marine Corp Vet.), Allstate all were BY FAR better than this pile of garbage. I was rear-ended some time ago (making a turn while the woman behind me figured her phone was more important). Obviously the police report stated the same, with my contribution to the accident being 0%. Not only was the Hartford COMPLETELY unhelpful, but they were SLOOOOOW, unresponsive (as in WEEKS to return a phone call, if they return it at all) and downright insulting. They also LIED (on recording) by telling me that this would not change my premium. Guess what happened? Yup. It went up. It went up a LOT. I already wished I had never heard of them. And then recently my daughter was hit by a driver who blew a red light (at 50+mph). This completely destroyed her vehicle. Shes lucky to even be alive. Again, police report states 0% contribution (not at fault). Want to guess who has been WAY less than helpful? The Hartford strikes again. States someone will return your call Doesnt happen. Took WEEKS for an adjuster to even LOOK at the car, and now that they have, they STILL have yet to send their report. And now the policy is going up again. Yup. This month is the LAST time these scammers will get a thing out of me. Not a single penny more. Do yourself a favor and run the other way. It doesnt get any worse than the Hartford.

Horrible service I completed each task but have been waiting two months to complete the process to be informed one more month to review. I pay for a service I will never be able to access.

Service and the food was excellent. Clean and comfortable environment for dining!!!
