As an RM who works in the industry, I am sharing this rating as a BIG THANK YOU to the pleasant leasing team member who answered the phone and discussed a question I had regarding a product this site utilizes. We spoke for 5 or so minutes through a delightful conversation and she passed my number along to the Property Manager, who left me a voicemail with the pertinent information I had requested within 24 hours. Excellent customer service and response time, even to someone they have no obligation to follow up with. Kudos to the team at Metro 8. Phenomenal experience.

I love my apartment home! The buildings are very well designed especially when it comes to sound I never hear my neighbors lol. Also, I hardly ever put in service requests but when I do they are completed within a day (2-tops)!!

My toilet was clogged for 2 days straight and the maintence guy name drew came right away each day to figure out the problem, went to get tools and came back and fixed my toilet for me! Im very glad they have someone new because he came right away and did not have to wait the minute I put the service request in he was at my door within 30 mins! Shoutout to drew, thank you so much for your help!
