I have been reaching out to your west oak complex in wake forest since last week. No one has returned my call or email. I have reached out to Ginko directly and none has reached back out to me. Is this normal procedure for you all? Its terrible representation and terrible customer service!

I live in Arbor Creek in Raleigh. I understand that it is a Pet Friendly community, and thats great. However, a resident in my building has a dog that barks and howls CONSTANTLY!! Because of the thin walls and floors, it sounds like their dog is in my bedroom with me. Wakes me up every morning. I have called the office several times, and spoke to someone who told me they can maybe try to call the owner but basically theres nothing they can do!!! And they have done nothing. 99% of the time when you call the office, no one answers, and if you leave a message, no one calls you back.

The company is bad as well as most of there properties is not in good living conditions. This is a picture of the ceiling in my dining area where water is coming through the ceiling. Remind you this the floor is carpet so all it doing is making it wet which will sooner or latter mold and all they do is paint over the mold. This is not the first leak I have had at the apartment. I guess my nexts step is reaching out to News Two or allow it to cave in and see if the office would get somebody out to fix the problem. This is Stonesthrow Apartments.

I live in Durham, NC. Out of all of the complaints I have, the one that is daily is the trash at the trash compactor. Weekends are the worse.
