Pavilion at UC Apartments

I dont understand how this complex has 4.5 stars. Out of the 4 years Ive lived here rent has risen $250 and NOTHING has improved if anything its gotten worse. None of the amentities in the laundry work on a consistent basis. I just spent $12 doing laundry because most of their machines DO NOT WORK. The groundskeepers/ maintenance did a ceiling fan repair and left the old fan in the bush (for 6 months now). The pool was closed down for more than 3/4 of the season and the playground reminds me of my childhood. Beaten up and dangerous. Management likes to pretend to help but honestly they dont. If you can choose anywhere else please do.

I was looking for a place to call Home and my cousin came across the Pavilion @UC I applied for an apartment and when I met Tiffany and Kristina I was greeted warmly and both ladies were very friendly easy to talk to. All my questions were answered and I was in my new apartment within a week. I appreciate the professional way they handled my transaction and being really nice human beings. I will always recommend Pavilion @UC for any future residents

Love living here!! Nice and Quiet community! Friendly Neighbors! And the ladies in the leasing office are a God send!! 10/10 Recommend
