The office manager is nasty very unprofessional the ground keeper is very sneaky but lazy and unhelpful over all the bed bugs are very welcoming the neighbors are very disturbing Edith is her name trifling individual 0 stars even 1 star is to much credit.

Great for the price, especially given the location. Haven't seen anywhere else within walking distance or light rail and South End for as cheap. Staff has often helped address problems or concerns

The office and maintenance staff did a great job of fixing several unexpected problems. They truly do care for the well being of the tenants. The negative reviews about the office staff are misguided and biased. Northwood Ravin has changed my mind, they DO take care of their tenants.
