Mercury NoDa

This place is awesome if you want walking locations for going out meeting people and the resort feel this is the place. Friendly staff, pets welcome. Love it!

Lived at Mercury NoDa for two years and my experience there was excellent. The staff and maintenance crew are amazing and all very friendly, the apartments themselves are very nice, and the location is great if you are a fan of the NoDa neighborhood. The only downside I encountered while living here is the parking garage, and is the only reason that I'm giving 4 stars as opposed to 5. The garage itself is very narrow, especially around corners, which makes navigating it very frustrating if you have a bigger car. You shouldn't have any problems if you're patient in navigating the garage, but visibility of oncoming traffic isn't great and you need to be aware that the corners are really only wide enough to facilitate one car at a time. Overall though you can't go wrong if you're looking to make Mercury your home!

I can't speak to living at Mercury NoDa (yet!), but I can 100% speak to the excellent customer service they provide during the tour and application process (and I imagine this extends to when you're a resident too). I called last minute right before they closed on a rainy Saturday, and Justine was the absolute sweetest. She gave me an awesome tour, answered all my detailed questions about the property and moving to Charlotte, and she went above and beyond to get me quotes right after the tour. These included various apartment layouts and lease lengths so I had all the information to work with in making my decision. She's also been super helpful in getting me my administrative fee refunded after deciding on another property, which is another above and beyond moment. I'll also note making the call to sign a lease somewhere else was a tough call, and really came down to availability and timing of starting my lease. I told Justin if/when I'm apartment hunting again, Mercury NoDa is at the top of my list!
